Duo missing for Ayr
Ayr are again without the injured Martyn Campbell and Michael McGowan as they host East Fife looking to secure a fifth home win in a row.
Former Rangers youngster Darren McGill is available for the first time this season after overcoming a knee injury and the 17-year-old looks set for a place on the bench for the Honest Men.
Somerset Park boss Mark Roberts said: "We were beginning to look very strong at home but we have not been there for four weeks now so it will be good to be back.
"We defeated East Fife at their place earlier in the season and it would be great to do so again. We have to ensure we nullify the threat of Bobby Barr to make that happen."
East Fife have injury concerns when they head to Ayr looking for their third win in a row.
They will be without goalkeeper Michael Brown, defender Darren McCormack and strikers Paul McManus and Gareth Wardlaw.
The Fifers have had a difficult week training wise with recently appointed manager Billy Brown saying: "We had a good session earlier in the week but on Thursday night it was frozen off and there were no suitable indoor areas available.
"I don't think Ayr will have an advantage as all part-time teams have been in the same boat this week. It has been a great welcome back to part-time football for me."
Brown added: "We have beaten Arbroath and Albion Rovers and are very keen to keep good results coming."
