Brechin looking strong against Ayr
Brechin welcome back midfielder Allan Walker for the visit of Ayr.
Walker has been out with a knee injury and his return gives manager Ray McKinnon a full squad to choose from against a side still reeling from a midweek mauling from Stranraer.
But McKinnon's men are looking to bounce back from their own disappointment.
"It is a game between two sides looking to move on from defeats," he said. "We played poorly against Forfar last weekend and lost 2-0 whereas Ayr will be determined to erase that 6-3 defeat that surprised a lot of people, including me."
"A win pulls us closer to a play-off place and that has to be our aim."
Ayr will have on-loan Rangers defender Kyle McAusland back after suspension.
Alan Lithgow has been passed fit to play after suffering from a virus that hampered him against Stranraer but the injured Martyn Campbell (foot) and Alan Forrest (hand) remain out.
Player/ manager Mark Roberts said: "We will move on quickly from what was a freakish night.
"If we win this one then we could go second in the table. It was a disappointing night and hurt our pride but we have the capability in this squad to go and win at Glebe Park."
